Guardian Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to customers and authorized users of Guardian by REELSafe.

Users must use Guardian lawfully and only for legitimate business, safety, compliance, training, and operational purposes.

Users may not use Guardian to:

• Violate applicable law
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent authentication or security controls
• Interfere with Guardian's operation
• Reverse engineer the platform except where expressly permitted by law
• Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights
• Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Attempt to access another customer's data
• Misuse AI features
• Generate or distribute harmful content
• Use Guardian to make decisions that are prohibited by applicable law
• Circumvent usage limitations or account controls

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their authorized users comply with this policy.

REELSafe may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Guardian, customers, users, or third parties, subject to applicable agreements and law.
